Marineland Mobilehome Park is a 60-space, all-age community in Hermosa Beach, a beach city located in the South Bay region of Los Angeles County. Marineland is just five blocks from the Pacific Ocean and the Hermosa Beach Pier Plaza; and, just steps from the community center, library, public parks and shopping district.

March 13th, 2010. The annual City of Hermosa Beach St. Patrick's Day Parade will be Saturday, March 13th, starting 11am. Marineland residents should note that park entrances on Valley Drive will be closed from 8am to 1pm and Pier Avenue will be closed from 9am to 2pm. To exit Marineland use the main (Bard Street) entrance, turn right on Oak Steet (the "alley"), and right (North) on either Loma Drive or Montery Blvd. To travel South, you will need to get to Pacific Coast Highway. October 30th, 2009. The Loftin Firm, LLP has successfully assisted Seal Beach Shores Inc., a 501(c)(3), limited equity housing cooperative, in acquiring Seal Beach Trailer Park; making the community a resident owned mobilehome park. The circumstances of the conversion of Seal Beach Trailer Park to resident ownership are similar that of Marineland Mobile Park. Read full story.
