Committee Name:  Finance Committee

Purpose:

The Finance Committee is commissioned by and reports to the board of directors. The committee is responsible for advising the board on matters pertaining to the Finances of the park

Responsibilities:

Work with The Loftin Form to review 3rd Party Lenders for phase I conversion. Review and prepare park budget for annual meeting. Review financial reports, insurances needs and coverage, and reserve funding.  Recommend financial procedures.

 

Term: The Finance Committee shall exist for a period of six months from date of commission. 

 

Committee Organization: The committee shall consist of at least three members. The committee chair is appointed by board of directors. The committee shall meet as frequently as necessary. Minutes will be taken at all committee meetings

 

Committee Chair:  Olivia Reissig, Treasurer, HOA Board of Directors

 

Relationship to Board: A copy of all committee meeting minutes will be sent to the board. Expenditures must be approved in advance by the board.
